Hi, My name is Fredrick Riggs,Am a structural engineer. I have a good sense of humor, enjoy moonlit walks along the beach and fine dining.I really enjoy hiking up to a hill near my house, looking out over the city lights and would love to share the view with someone special.I'm a relatively normal person who grew up in Virginia and now make my home in Kentucky. A beautiful state, it has always held a fascination for me since I love thoroughbreds. I'm really into horse racing and just watching these beautiful animals. I also like cats (I have two), dogs, watching birds (I must have picked this up from my mother), going to yard sales, flea markets, taking day trips to no place in particular, bowling (although I stink at it!), dancing to the 1970s music, and a few other things as well.
