Starting with the things I am not... I'm not ripped or chiseled like some bodybuilder, nor am I a fat slob who sits on the couch all day watching TV. I'm not selfconscious, but I'm not oblivious to the fact that looks matter to most people. So seeing as how I'm on the thicker side of the average. Recently discovered how fun and rewarding time spent in the gym is. I'm all about fun, be it at work, home, or wherever. Fun can be any number of things from sports (football/baseball), to movies, to sex, to even just spending time with good company.
