Im not good at this let me try to explain my complicated mess.I am married over 15 now. for the last 8 years we have not had sex. She had a baby 7 years ago (not mine). Now she has been with some one else. I have been faithful this whole time but its time for that to change.I had a medical problem a few years after we got married. She insisted on staying so that I could get my medical problem resolved.My medical problem is 95% resolved I am back to my old self again. I have apologized 1,000,000 times but our relationship had changed.She stuck buy me and got me through my medical problem and made sure I did get the proper medical attention and for that I am so great full. I know that in my state of mind at that time I could not of done it on my own. So I can stick through this with her. But I have needs of my own as well.
