I know some say, "I know what I want... I know it when I see it... I know how to get it... I don't give up until I've got it...," etc. Great(!), if that's really how it works for them. I mean that *sincerely* not as sarcasm. I can certainly see ways that it'd be nice to have such a concrete idea of what you're looking for, to know it when you see it, or maybe to know how to secure it for yourself. But as for me, I think I'm one who actually prefers the process of figuring that stuff out with someone going in without too many expectations. I enjoy the exploration and discovery of hearts and minds, getting to see each other at our best and worst, being vulnerable, and all that great stuff.
