im bursting with energy,,im physically fit.i work out twice a week and do other numerous activities to keep myself in shape,,football,martial arts climbing,i do loads of running..i also love to do sudokus and read plenty of books to make sure that my brain intellect is of the same fitness as my body i cant stand it when someone has no real issues and subjects to talk about..i need mental stimulation as well as physical stimulation :)
