ya gotta laugh
I am over 45 years old, semi separated from some woman I don't remember marrying... (Meaning 0 sex.) I have 2 partially grown kids who are the best but nowhere to be seen and a smart and faithful dog who knows I am the kindest, nicest, best looking,(not certain on that one, Hell it's a dog ), But nonetheless, selfless, giving, honest, true and brave, etc., etc... (I do believe he may have nailed it.) Unfortuneately..so far..... I've enjoyed my dog's company more than anyone else's. I am becoming worn down by replies from semiconscious females who seem to be wandering around clueless, looking for a fun, fit, unencumbered, (Look it up), spontaneous, unselfish man with a 10 lb sledge hammer, that can dance like Travolta, has the endurance and flexibility of Spiderman,(which by the way I do) etc..etc..
Here are the wrong answers...Meaning the things "she", is looking for: Driving his Porsche. The music of Five for Fighting. Reading People magazine, partying for 10 days straight, rentals of Jack Black movies, I am Over 40 and act like it. I want to LOOK like it. That doesn't mean I am fat, lazy or tired. I actually woke up along the way. Realizing I have paid for the scars and built around them.You won't find me all goosebumpily because of your looks. I won't be catering to you or pampering to endless needs. I'll be an ass sometimes but if you understand it all properly, here is the deal.For the price of a good bottle of wine and a lot of laughs I will meet you, laugh some more...and see where we both have been and If we may have crossed paths without noticing, If you get past my attitude I am a man that truly loves women. I will prove to be a very wise physical and mental investment. Hell it might be worth a good bottle of wine.
