older bloke seeking online friends
Initially shy, which I try to overcome with humour.Sartorially, my dress code is casual to the point of dismissive. Scruffy but clean. Exbiker/hippy toned down to something more ageappropriate. Maybe archaeologist/social worker with apologies for the stereotyping although I belong to neither profession.I still have some of my own hair, and I have a goatee a proper one, not one of those stubbly ones to compensate for the shortfall. If you have read this far (I don't think many people do) then I've completed some of those questionnaire/survey thingies below,which might be of interest.
Primarily I'm looking for an online friendship by exchange of emails. That may lead to a discreet offline friendship and possibly an occasional travel mate. Essentially, you must be somebody who reads profiles, is 50 ish or over,is patient, confident, assertive but not pushy, and has a SOH.Location is obviously not an issue for an online friendship, but if we were to meet, it would be helpful if you were based in the North West (UK, that is...)Meeting would be even more likely if you not only met the location criteria but were also willing and able to administer the kiss of life to a flagging member....
