worked and lived in japan for some time, Japanese not yet fluent, so still prefer in depth communication (in english when possible.schedule that hasnt allowed for enough of a social life recently, and looking to change that seeking a realistic work/life balance (arent we all..). Always had luck attracting decent people, so posting here with no assumptions. Not expecting any or bringing any agendas, just some reasonable standards.
