The Agreement which follows establishes the mutual relationship that will exist between us.Either of us can break our ties at any time (though some obligations will go on after this Agreement terminates), but our Agreement here establishes the legal rights and responsibilities we, together, will have in regard to each other while our relationship continues and afterwards.
